Affiliation rules:
1. This form must be completed and returned to WTHJA along with your check at least 60 days prior to the show date.
2. WTHJA must be printed in your prize list as an affiliation.
3. Affiliated show dates may not conflict with WTHJA show dates.
WTHJA member list will be emailed to the Horse Show Contact unless someone else is requested.
Fee: $50.00 per show
